WORD FOR DAY

Spiritual discernment is the God-given ability to distinguish between truth and error, light and darkness, and the voice of God versus the voice of the enemy. In a world filled with many voices, opinions, and influences, discernment is not optional—it is essential. Discernment is not suspicion, and it is not judgmental criticism. It is clarity from the Holy Spirit. It is the inward witness that helps you perceive what is not always visible on the surface. While others may only see what is outward, discernment allows you to sense what is spiritual. The Bible reminds us that not everything that appears good is from God. The enemy can disguise himself, and deception often looks convincing. That is why spiritual maturity requires more than knowledge—it requires sensitivity to the Spirit of God. SELAH!

SPIRITURAL DISCERNMENT

“Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God…” — 1 John 4:1 (NKJV)
